Uploader Agreement

By uploading music to 473 Jams, you confirm that you own the music or have permission from the rights holder to upload and distribute the music for promotional DJ use.

You grant 473 Jams permission to host the uploaded files, display track information, and make approved tracks available for preview and download by authorized DJs.

You understand that 473 Jams may remove music that appears to infringe copyright, violate platform rules, contain misleading information, or create legal risk for the platform.
